Habitat Development Group engaged Tim Crooks and Chenoa Daniel to market the management rights for two of our flagship developments within Maroochydore’s CBD: Market Lane and The Corso.  As the developer, our goal was to secure a high-quality operator capable of ensuring the long-term legacy of these signature projects, in addition to achieving a good financial result. Tim and Chenoa delivered on both fronts with a level of expertise and service that was exemplary.  We conducted a short and concise campaign which resulted in multiple offers from sophisticated operators from within ResortBrokers’ extensive buyer network. The outcome has been incredibly successful and while we often retain the management rights to our developments, the strong result has led us to re-engage Tim and Chenoa to take Habitat’s first-ever off-the-plan management rights offering, St Clair, to market.
