I cannot rate Joshua highly enough. I would definitely appoint Josh as our sales agent for any of our other properties if they were to come onto market. He was extremely professional throughout the whole sale progress, was informative and also promptly attended to any queries we had. If he didn’t know he would find the answer promptly and reply. Josh constantly kept us informed of progress throughout the sale process and offered his assistance if we had any concerns.
