My wife and I made contact with Liz Galea at ResortBrokers in October 2018 regarding a Quest listing in Melbourne. Liz gave us an understanding of what becoming a Quest franchisee would entail and at this point our journey began. We met a few days later for the inspection at Quest Dandenong and with Liz’s help were quickly able to negotiate a deal with the vendor. Liz was particularly responsive to our questions during this time which was very important as we had not been in the hotel industry previously. We were guided through the due diligence process including the appropriate legal and accounting representation and the Quest franchisee approval process.
