Tristan did a fabulous job on the sale of the motel. He coordinated a handful of potential buyers to come view the property within days of it going on the market. He responded to all of our queries even when on holidays. He was always optimistic, listened to our concerns as we wanted buyers that would become involved in the community. As it was a leasehold, Tristan was instrumental in negotiating with the Landlord. Would highly recommend Tristan.
