We were excited by the injection of fresh air and brand new marketing plan Kirsten at ResortBrokers Cairns bought to the table and within a couple of weeks, she had secured a buyer. When the initial buyer did not proceed, Kirsten was quick to introduce a backup buyer within a week. We were totally impressed with her expert professionalism and business advice throughout the due diligence process. Due to the time frame which suited both parties, (I believe just over 7 weeks and many coffee meetings later) the contract date to the settlement, set some sort of record in the management rights industry. This was all augmented by Kirsten's business-like approach, enthusiasm and empathy to both seller and purchaser. We would have absolutely no hesitation referring Kirsten to any prospective seller or buyer in the future and she will remain a friend of ours.
