From the moment I contacted Jac I felt at ease. She was professional, listened and asked relevant questions to ensure she understood what outcome I was after. I was impressed with how detailed she was on the business numbers. It showed me she wanted to be confident in what she was selling. It also reassured me that any prospective buyers’ questions could be sufficiently answered. I felt her approach worked very efficiently because it very quickly sorted out the difference between prospective buyers and those who were interested but not ready to buy. This meant I wasn’t weighed down with conversation and that every interaction I had with ResortBrokers or a prospective buyer was of value. I imagine it’s a juggling act between vendor and purchaser being the go-between and communicating effectively for a positive outcome. I trust Jac, and would feel confident using her in future.
