We were very happy to have ResortBrokers’ Russell Rogers and Sarah Hutchins act for us on the marketing and sale of our freehold of the White Manor Motel in Cooma. They achieved a sale price at the top end of our expectations and were patient and diligent throughout the entire process, particularly in the last few weeks as we got closer to settlement We really appreciated the efforts they went to, especially liaising with a host of solicitors acting for ourselves, the purchaser, as well as the current and incoming lessee. Without their careful dealings with all involved, the exchange of contracts may not have been achieved. We’ve come full circle with Russell, who we first met when we purchased the property in 2014 and now with the sale in 2023. It was a pleasure to work with him and his team.
