Alex was appointed to sell Atrium Resort after having has previous dealings with other members of the ownership group. We appointed Alex on an exclusive basis, and within a short timeframe had achieved multiple buyer offers. Alex was highly professional from the moment of appointment, providing advice and feedback on the presentation of our Accounts and IM and carefully vetted all interested parties. Alex qualified all potential buyer’s ability to complete the transaction and provided us with his recommendation as to which party to proceed to contract with. The sale process was not as smooth as a result of the buyers requiring time to secure finance approval. Despite us having concerns, Alex kept us informed and kept the sale process on track and the sale was successfully settled in Early April. I have no doubt that without Alex managing this process so closely and keeping us informed, the sale would have fallen over. I highly recommend Alex Cook.
