Barefoot Bowls & Beers at The Boo
A big thank you to everyone in the management rights game who turned out to our annual barefoot bowls day at The Boo (Booradabin Bowls Club) at Newmarket in Brisbane.
More than 80 management rights operators turned out for the fun day which was hosted by the ResortBrokers Brisbane team in partnership with our good friends at Gigafy and the TheOnsiteManager.com.au. An even bigger thank you to Gigafy’s National Sales Manager Caleb Cook and OnsiteManager’s Nick and Danielle Buick for making this all happen.
Every year we like to get everyone together to simply have a fun day out - no presentations, no sales pitches, no spreadsheets and even the bowls itself is optional.
The very casual nature of the bowls day meant our friends were able to come and go as they pleased and at its peak there was probably around 100 people. The friendly bar staff at The Boo were kept pretty busy!
The ResortBrokers crew was well represented by the Brisbane team including Gareth Closter, Nathan Eades, Jessie Shi and Jeff Keast while there was a special guest appearance from Chairman and ResortBrokers Founder Ian Crooks.
“The whole point of the barefoot bowls day out was to have a great time, with no work talk, and provide an opportunity for everyone in the industry to catch up and socialise in a relaxed setting,” Nathan Eades said.
“Everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves so we’ll definitely be doing this again in the near future.”
See you all again next year!
