Industry Information Evening a Success

It was terrific to catch up with so many management rights operators from in and around Brisbane last night. About 60 guests enjoyed very informative and thought-provoking addresses by respected property analysts Urbis, and online marketing gurus Bambrick Media.  Our thanks to Hailey Rivera and Paul Riga from Urbis, and Tim Bambrick and his team.

Urbis had some very positive news about population growth projections and how increased apartment supply actually induces demand.  It was also very encouraging to hear their view that the new apartment market in inner Brisbane is self-regulating, and supply is moderating.

The team at Bambrick always have some fascinating new insights into marketing in the digital space, especially when it comes to targeting your audience.  I’m sure we’ll see more and more management rights operators looking to the online world for new strategies to reach and retain tenants.
