Brightlands Blue Mountains for sale for $6.5M through ResortBrokers

The freehold going concern of premier retreat and spa Brightlands in Leura in the heart of the Blue Mountains is for sale for $6.5M through Jacqueline Featherby and Tim Mayoh of ResortBrokers.

Brightlands is a dual asset comprising the 10-bedroom The Nunnery and the 5-bedroom Bethany Manor.

Occupying a sprawling 6,020 sqm site, The Nunnery was built in 1906 and has undergone various transformation over the years, including, at one time, as a religious retreat.
