Mallacoota Inlet eco-resort Gipsy Point Lakeside for sale through ResortBrokers

The freehold going concern of Gipsy Point Lakeside, one of the Mallacoota Inlet’s most established eco-resorts is being offered to market via an expressions of interest campaign through ResortBrokers East Victoria agent Chris Boschetti.

Expressions of interest close Friday, 15 November 2024 at 5 PM AEST.

Set on 1.4 hectares within Croajingolong National Park overlooking the Mallacoota Inlet in East Gippsland, Gipsy Point Lakeside is a boutique eco-resort of 10 luxury apartments enjoying views of the inlet and beyond.

Gipsy Point Lakeside has been owned and operated by the vendor’s family since 1985 and is being offered to market for the first time in almost 40 years.

The resort and town of Gipsy Point are within Croajingolong National Park, a 540 sq km biosphere reserve, as designated by UNESCO in 1977.

“The resort’s setting in a protected national park holds enormous appeal for the growing number of environmentally conscious travellers looking for sustainable accommodation options in unique nature-based settings,” says Chris Boschetti.

“Gipsy Point Lakeside is exactly that. It’s five hours from Melbourne or six from Sydney on the Princes Highway. People from both cities come here for weekenders or longer stays to escape the city for a while.”

“Visitation in East Gippsland is booming across the board. Last year, numbers broke historical records, not just back to pre-pandemic levels but beyond it.”
