Quest Bundoora for sale — ResortBrokers
ResortBrokers’ Victoria agents Hugh Thomas and Chris Boschetti have listed the Quest Bundoora franchise for sale, with an asking price of $8.65 million.
Located in Melbourne’s northern growth corridor, Quest Bundoora features 79 keys comprising serviced apartments and eight townhouses.
“Quest Bundoora is one of Melbourne’s highest-performing serviced apartment businesses,” Mr Thomas told The Hotel Conversation.
“Quest has always been strategic in where it locates its properties, and Quest Bundoora is a prime example.
“The property is surrounded by major demand drivers, including universities, hospitals, Defence facilities and large industrial and commercial business parks. Quest’s typical 80/20 business-to-leisure mix is ideally suited to the location.”
ResortBrokers has been Quest Apartment Hotels’ preferred agency for over a decade, and both Mr Thomas and Mr Boschetti have achieved significant success selling Quest properties.
In 2025, Mr Thomas sold the 77-key Quest Ballarat Station franchise, representing ResortBrokers’ largest-ever Quest business sale in Victoria and one of its largest Quest transactions nationally. In the same year, Mr Boschetti sold the passive freehold investment in Quest Sale, comprising 35 apartments opening to 53 keys, at an 8.5% yield.
“On the leisure side for Quest Bundoora, the growing residential population supports strong visiting friends and relatives demand,” Mr Boschetti told The Hotel Conversation.
“Add to that Melbourne’s northeast leisure and events market which continues to expand. The property is also well positioned near wedding venues, sporting facilities including La Trobe Sports Park, and tourism destinations throughout the Yarra Valley and surrounding region.” END
