Quest Chermside and Quest Chermside on Playfield for sale — ResortBrokers
ResortBrokers’ Brisbane agent Nathan Benjamin has exclusively listed the franchises of Quest Chermside and Quest Chermside on Playfield.
Comprising 132 keys in total, the 54-key Quest Chermside and 78-key Quest Chermside on Playfield are being offered to the market in one line for $6.96 million.
The vendor has operated the businesses since April 2018 and October 2015, respectively.
“Together, these two exceptionally well performing Quest businesses provide an unrivalled opportunity for a savvy operator to dominate the apartment hotel market in Brisbane’s inner-north growth corridor,” Mr Benjamin told The Hotel Conversation.
“Owning both Quest franchises offers operational consolidation, marketing synergies of corporate and leisure trade and a dominant hold on the accommodation market in Chermside, a prime city-fringe location.”
Last year, Mr Benjamin settled the sales of three other Queensland-based Quest hotel businesses: the 85-apartment Quest Townsville on Eyre, 132-apartment Quest Woolloongabba and 73-apartment Quest Toowoomba.
“Quest Apartment Hotels has always had strategic foresight in where they place their hotels. These two Quests in Chermside are no different, occupying a prime position in Brisbane’s northern suburbs in a major growth hub.
“This is reflected in each hotel’s occupancy, which is higher than the Brisbane average — in the case of Quest Chermside on Playfield by more than 10 points.” END
