ResortBrokers’ Jessie Shi wins PRET Australia’s Top Agent Award
ResortBrokers’ Brisbane Broker Jessie Shi has won PRET Australia’s highest award for 2023.
Ms Shi was one of five winners of PRET Australia’s Top Agent Award drawn from more than 80 nominations and a shortlist of 14 finalists. Among the five top winners, Ms Shi was the only management rights broker.
PRET, short for Professional Real Estate Training, has been a nationally accredited real estate industry course provider since 2006.
CEO Paul Shih presented Ms Shi with her Top Agent Award at PRET Australia’s Awards Night on 25 November. Ms Shi also won an Employee Excellence Award for her “loyalty, service and outstanding contribution to ResortBrokers.”
Ms Shi recently celebrated her fourth anniversary with ResortBrokers. Over that time, she has settled management rights deals with a combined value of over $65 million and currently has 10 pipeline deals worth over $20 million plus another dozen live listings.
Her notable sales in the last financial year include The Manor Apartment Hotel in the Brisbane CBD; Peninsula Apartments and Dockside Apartment Hotel in Kangaroo Point; Sunnybank Gardens in Runcorn; The Ridge Apartment Hotel in Spring Hill and Mode Apartments & Lincoln on the Park, in Newstead & Greenslopes respectively, which was sold in one line.
“Thanks to PRET Australia for this great honour,” says Ms Shi. “This award is made possible by ResortBrokers’ clients who entrust us, and me in particular, with their business.”
PRET Australia’s Awards Night was held at the Royal International Convention Centre with Brisbane Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner and Lady Mayoress Nina Schrinner in attendance. PRET Australia raised $210,000 on the night to be donated to the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust, Mater Foundation, RBWH Foundation and FareShare.
