Thredbo Valley’s Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa letting rights for sale through ResortBrokers
ResortBrokers has been appointed to sell the letting rights to the 4.5-star Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa in the Thredbo Valley.
Offered to market for the first time in 22 years, the all-season integrated resort borders Kosciuszko National Park and is surrounded by the Snowy Mountains.
Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa comprises 189 lots consisting of Lakeview Apartments and Mountain Chalets, with 110 under resort management.
“We had a vision in 2002 to create a world-class resort for summer and winter where owners and guests could enjoy this unique alpine environment,” says Bruce Marshall, the management company owner and developer.
“I’m pleased we were able to deliver our vision and leave a strong legacy for future generations. The time has come for new management to move forward with what we’ve established.”
“This is an exceptional business,” says ResortBrokers Senior Executive Broker Russell Rogers who is handling the sale with fellow broker Glenn Millar.
“The resort’s all-season appeal means it benefits from visitation to the Snowy Mountains region year-round. Indeed, the continued growth of the resort helped enhance the attractiveness of this region, which draws over 2.1 million annual holidaymakers.”
“The warmer months bring hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers, and winter brings a large variety of snow sport enthusiasts. The resort is within close proximity to the Perisher ski tube and just 15 minutes’ drive to Thredbo snow resort.”
ResortBrokers is marketing the letting business via an expressions of interest campaign closing Friday, 20 September 2024 at 5 pm (AEST). END
