RECORD TURNOUT FOR MANAGEMENT RIGHTS SEMINAR IN BRISBANE

It was standing room only at ResortBrokers HQ in Brisbane for our latest Management Rights Made Easy seminar.

Despite the freezing conditions, 75 people turned up to the informal event to find out more about how to successfully secure, and operate, a management rights business.

Maybe it was the post-election feel-good factor, but the strong numbers and genuine interest from the audience indicates there is a real belief that the next few years will be positive for the accommodation industry.

Nathan Eades, one of our Brisbane management rights sales specialist, was the keynote speaker and he outlined why taking on a management rights business is such a rewarding investment and lifestyle choice.

He and fellow Brisbane specialist Gareth Closter formed a panel of management rights experts which included Trent Pevy from Pevy Lawyers, Tony Rossiter from Holmans Accountants and Paul Grant from Mike Phipps Finance.

Between them, they outlined the steps that need to be taken to secure a management rights business and also highlighted the main pitfalls to avoid along the way.

Most, if not all, of the audience, are new to the management rights business and it’ll be interesting to see how many from this seminar actually go ahead and take the plunge.
