After two successful decades of operation, during which Resort Brokers has grown to be Australasia’s most prominent and largest tourism brokerage organisation, the company has expanded into Western Australia.I am delighted to announce the beginning of our operations in WA, with Rodney Cunningham as our licensee. On our recent reconnaissance trip to the West, we identified a solid tourism property market with significant statewide opportunities. As a result, I’m pleased to report we have already linked up with several local developers and key tourism accommodation operators, as well as establishing a strong working relationship with Tourism WA. Rodney is the perfect industry professional to head up the latest addition to Resort Brokers’ growing national network. His first-hand knowledge of Western Australia’s vast commercial potential, in both metropolitan and regional settings, enables him to offer the highest level of client services, connecting the right investor with the right opportunity. Founded just over two decades ago by Ian Crooks, a pioneer in the tourism property sales and leasing industry, Resort Brokers is headquartered in Brisbane. The network now includes entities in Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast.Further, we have sales consultants based in Launceston, Darwin, Sunshine Coast, Queensland’s Whitsundays and Coral Coasts and North Queensland, servicing vast urban, coastal and regional areas. Resort Brokers also services major Asia-Pacific tourism centres. We are very excited about our new venture in Australia’s largest state, which is attracting increasing numbers of tourists and investors from around Australia and the globe due to a booming local economy, growing population and enviable lifestyle.
