Based on the Sunshine Coast since 2020, Chenoa Daniel has forged a reputation as one of the region’s most experienced and highly regarded management rights brokers.
Since joining ResortBrokers in 2016, Chenoa has sold 68 management rights businesses with a combined worth of more than $147 million.
In September 2023, Chenoa set a new Sunshine Coast management rights record with sale of Oceans Mooloolaba Beach for $11.2 million.
Her other recent notable sales on the Sunshine Coast include Noosa Pacific Holiday Apartments, The Rise Apartments, Breeze Mooloolaba, Noosa Quays and The Duporth Riverside.
From 2016 to 2020, Chenoa was ResortBrokers’ Far North Queensland agent where she achieved an impressive $30 million in management rights sales, including the Port Douglas Peninsula Boutique Hotel and Oaks Port Douglas Resort.
Chenoa’s expertise in management rights sales is underpinned by her experience as a management rights operator.
For 12 years, until she joined ResortBrokers in 2016, Chenoa owned two management rights businesses — both a permanent and a holiday — as well as a management rights consultancy to advise other operators.
This unique experience has helped her help her clients as she understands what it is like to run an accommodation business and the process involved in buying and selling one.
