Miguel’s access to the largest buyer network in Australia means many of his listings are sold off-market. When vendors let Miguel know they may sell soon, he starts matching up buyers straight away.
Prior to joining ResortBrokers, Miguel had a successful 30-year career in sales and finance. This experience equipped him with a sound knowledge of financial statements, and he is able to examine vendors’ P&L statements in detail to see where the true value in their business lies.
