Jeff is one of the most trusted and respected management rights specialists in Brisbane, an accomplishment he puts down to his hard work in building long-term relationships with both sellers and buyers.
Since joining ResortBrokers in 2020, Jeff has sold 80 management rights assets with a total value of more than $150 million, including 14 deals worth $36 million in FY26 alone.
Jeff’s excellence in management rights has been recognised with several ResortBrokers’ awards over the years, including the agency’s Highest Market Share award in FY25. In 2025, Jeff was also acknowledged by the industry’s peak body, ARAMA, with a finalist placing in its prestigious Sales Broker of the Year award, having placed for this award twice before.
Jeff’s notable management rights sales include the 81-apartment short-stay Annexe Apartments in the inner-city Brisbane suburb of Bowen Hills, which sold for a record $8.3 million in 2023. Jeff transacts across the entire price spectrum, and is equally adept brokering transactions for off-the-plan and established schemes. His clients in the off-the-plan space include some of the biggest developers in the industry.
“What I enjoy most is helping people find great businesses,” says Jeff. “Often, they’re first timers entering the industry and they’re buying a business as well as a lifestyle. It’s also rewarding to sell a business for someone, especially someone who is approaching retirement.”
“Transactions take the best part of five to six months to settle, so I work very closely with both parties. For me, the key to being a great broker is to realise the importance of having great relationships with buyers and sellers and to be extremely patient throughout the process to see the sale all the way through to settlement. Across all businesses there’s one constant. You need to provide your clients with impeccable service and actively listen to what they need. Then you need to work your backside off to get them the best result.”
Outside work, Jeff is a devoted family man who loves spending time with his wife and two kids. He is also a doggedly loyal Broncos supporter, having stuck by them through thick and thin.
