ResortBrokers breaks own record with largest ever Quest sale
ResortBrokers has achieved another record sale of a Quest Apartment Hotel business with the 88-apartment Quest Liverpool.
ResortBrokers, which has been Quest’s preferred agent nationwide for over a decade, says it is the highest amount ever paid for a Quest franchise.
The sale eclipses ResortBrokers’ previous record set in November 2023 with the 59-apartment Quest Cronulla Beach.
The sale of the franchise of Quest Liverpool, located approximately 30 minutes’ drive from the CBD in Greater Western Sydney, followed a successful campaign that attracted strong interest resulting in an offer and acceptance within days of going to market.
“This is an astute purchase,” says ResortBrokers’ NSW agents Jacqueline Featherby and Tim Mayoh, who co-brokered the sale, as well as the Quest Cronulla Beach sale.
“Quest Liverpool is a quality business of scale and remains the only 4.5-star accommodation in Liverpool, which is experiencing unprecedented growth along with the rest of Greater Western Sydney. Development in the region is set to continue with the recent opening of the new Liverpool Civic Place, the Sydney Metro extension and the Western Sydney International Airport opening in 2026.”
“We’re witnessing the most demand for Quest properties nationwide in a decade,” says Trudy Crooks, ResortBrokers’ Managing Director.
“Quest has always had the foresight to strategically position its hotels in key corporate locations, such as Liverpool, which contributes to why Quest hotels are in such high demand from buyers.”
“Add to that the strength, stability and reputation of the Quest brand, which translates into strong support from banks, as well as Quest’s dedication to continuous training for its franchisees that gives them everything they need to successfully manage their hotels. All this makes for a winning formula.”
“ResortBrokers’ extensive experience of over a decade immersed in the Quest model has led to our continued success in selling Quest properties. This understanding allows us to effectively communicate the benefits of the Quest model to owners and operators, yielding incredible results for vendors and buyers.”
