A versatile operator, Jacqueline sells across all accommodation asset classes, including leaseholds, freehold going concerns, freehold passive investments and management rights.

Since joining ResortBrokers in 2019, she has achieved incredible results for her clients having sold assets worth more than $82 million in total.

Jacqueline’s solution-focused approach has helped her bring even the toughest sales across the line. In FY25, her energy and enthusiasm for working the phones was acknowledged with ResortBrokers’ Top Caller, an award she has won in the past.

She is the preferred broker in NSW/Victoria for Quest Apartment Hotels, Australia’s largest and most successful apartment hotel brand. In the last two financial years alone, she has achieved three record Quest franchise sales: 

  • Quest Macquarie Park, 111 apartments — September 2024;
  • Quest Liverpool, 88 apartments — March 2024; and
  • Quest Cronulla Beach, 59 apartments — November 2023.

Jacqueline’s other Quest franchise sales include the 91-apartment Quest Mascot, 80-apartment Quest Wodonga, 79-apartment Quest Albury on Townsend, 76-apartment Quest Bundoora and 35-apartment Quest Singleton.

Her other notable transactions include the 110-apartment resort Mantra Nelson Bay on behalf of operator Saltwater Hotels & Resorts; Central Coast Motel & Mobile Home Village, a portfolio in Wyong comprising a freehold passive investment motel, an adjoining freehold mobile village and neighbouring two-bedroom house; and Vacy Hunter-Valley Lodge, a three-in-one business consisting of boutique accommodation, a restaurant and wine tours.

Accommodation and hospitality have been part of Jacqueline’s life from a young age. Her father was a hotelier, which gave her a start working in hotels, then in events doing hotel shows. Immediately prior to joining ResortBrokers, she worked for Sealy’s commercial division in NSW.
