ResortBrokers expands into Victoria with two new brokers
Nationwide accommodation property agency ResortBrokers has expanded its national footprint with two major broker appointments in Victoria.
Former Colliers Western Region Victoria general manager Hugh Thomas, 43, will cover the state’s west. Chris Boschetti, 47, previously Victorian Sales Operations manager at Australian Liquor Marketers, will look after the east.
The two new brokers will cover all accommodation asset classes in their respective zones, except for management rights which will continue to be handled by ResortBrokers Directors Tim Crooks and Alex Cook.
ResortBrokers expects the appointment of two brokers covering both sides of the state will significantly increase the agency’s market share in Victoria.
“Victoria has always been an important part of ResortBrokers’ national coverage,” says Managing Director Trudy Crooks. “We’ve long had a presence here but are now making our biggest push ever into the state with these two major appointments. Hugh and Chris each have what it takes to develop a market and build enduring relationships that are so crucial in the accommodation industry.”
