Three years later, he purchased a Big4 Holiday Park in northwest Queensland and developed the park into one of the best inland tourist parks in Australia. The park was sold by ResortBrokers in February 2014.
After relocating to northern New South Wales, David took up a position as Dealer Principal / General Manager with a multi-site, multi-franchise motor dealership.
Six years later, he was enticed back to the tourism industry taking a Park Manager contract role in Byron Bay with Reflections Holiday Parks, which manages Crown reserves in NSW.
Possessing a practical business mind and no-nonsense approach, David is able to deliver optimal outcomes for all parties in business sales and acquisitions.
“As a previous holiday park owner with a 25-year career in sales and business ownership across a range of industries, I know how to talk to operators and understand their businesses,” says David. “I’m old school. What you see is what you get. What I say I’m going to do, I do.”
