Jessie is one of Queensland’s foremost management rights specialists and one of the most senior brokers in the industry.
In FY25 alone, Jessie settled 29 transactions of management rights assets — both established and off-the-plan schemes — worth approximately $100 million. Her extraordinary number of transactions earned her ResortBrokers’ Highest Volume of Deals award for FY25.
Jessie’s FY25 transactions included the off-the-plan sale of the management and letting rights to the prestigious Queen’s Wharf Residences to Minor Hotels.
Sold on behalf of developers Far East Consortium and Chow Tai Fook Enterprises, the 667-apartment, 65-storey building is the only residential tower directly connected to the $3.6 billion Queen’s Wharf Brisbane integrated resort, the largest private constructions project ever undertaken in Queensland. The transaction set a new per-key record for a management rights sale, surpassing the previous record of $85,000 per key.
In 2024, Jessie’s excellence in management rights was acknowledged by the industry’s peak body, ARAMA, with its highest honour: Sales Broker of the Year People’s Choice Award. In 2025, real estate educator PRET Australia bestowed on Jessie their Top Agent Award.
A native Mandarin speaker, Jessie holds a Bachelor of Commerce and MBA from the University of Queensland. Prior to becoming a management rights broker, Jessie enjoyed a successful career as a business development and key account manager for a global food and beverage company looking after the Asia-Pacific region. She has also owned and operated her own management rights business.
Jessie’s extensive commercial dealings in Asia have equipped her with an in-depth understanding of business-related social/cultural differences among Asian cultures. She has used her experience to build and maintain long-term and mutually beneficial business relationships with stakeholders from various countries and sectors.
